The Holladay location held out a full ten years after all of the other Eat-a-Burgers were turned into Starbucks and the like. I reviewed Eat-a-Burger for Chow Board just a few months ago, complete with all my fond childhood memories of the place. I did my best, old buddy. So it's with a heavy heart, that I write perhaps the only eulogy on the web for this bygone restaurant. So long and thanks for all the fries.
Rest in Peace, Eat-a-Burger. You had AWESOME food. :(
